Lightworkers have chosen to release the old destructive patterns of Atlantis and the fears of destruction and persecution that were part of the God and Goddess energy of Atlantis and ancient times.

During the time of Atlantis and later during ancient times, the Gods and Goddesses were ultimately destroyed by people who choose not to follow their teachings and turned their backs on their ancient wisdom. Because of this we have lost many of the old ways and have forgotten the wisdom that was imparted to us from the Gods and Goddesses.

Many lightworkers are now accessing and releasing the disempowered masculine and feminine energies of these times in order for humanity to access the empowered energies of Lemuria. This releasing needs to occur for us to create an empowered society where all live as equal and are accepted and loved unconditionally.

We are again questioning our relationships and again needing to release old patterns and thought forms about how relationships are created and experienced. We have talked about the soulmate relationship becoming a twinflame relationship and how this is managed from a soul level. Many are questioning and asking how and why this is occurring and because you are not seeing the effects of the soul connection in your physical reality you are questioning and losing trust. This loss of faith is because your ego and your mind are trying to control and to work out and understand these relationships from these levels.

We again remind you that these relationships are working from a soul level. Your role is to be in the present and to accept and trust that all is working as it should. You cannot force or control these relationships and when you try you only create chaos and anguish for yourselves. These relationships work on soul time, not human time and the soul understands that time is infinite and there is no rush to create or to make things happen. By resisting and fighting the process on a physical level will only leads to unhappiness, disconnection and loss of passion.

We ask that you surrender to the process and that does not mean to surrender to a person, but to surrender to the God and the Goddess energy. Choose which energy you would like to channel be it either the Masculine or the Feminine and work with this energy to create an independent, individual path for yourself. In doing this you begin to create your own adventure where you discover all the beautiful, wonderful aspects of yourself.

Begin creating a relationship with yourself; seek intimacy through acceptance and release of your true self and you will find your twinflame relationship manifesting faster.

In order for these relationships to work you need to understand yourself, accept and love yourself unconditionally. Until you have achieved this you will be unable to love and accept unconditionally your soulmate/twinflame. Once this has been accomplished you will begin experiencing life from a fully activated heart centre and will meet heart to heart. The purposes of these new relationships are a joining of two complete, whole and powerful people in Divine energy. This cannot be achieved unless you have accepted and owned your own power.

Relationships are to be used for a Divine purpose and are part of your assignments and enlightenment. Within the relationship you will each be lead to a greater awareness of yourself and your extended love. A place where your blocks to love are not suppressed or denied, but embraced and dissolved. This Divine joining of two souls happens only after you have truly looked within and found your own perfection and beauty. In accepting your own completion and wholeness then only are you able to extend by joining with another who is also whole and complete. By seeing your own beauty and inner light then you can begin to see the perfection of another.

Many old ways of relating where about being rescued and were based on fear and guilt rather than love. If a relationship is allowing you to avoid growing and denying your truth, then you are hiding from yourself within the relationship and this will not be supported by the Universe. Problems within these new relationships begin when you create expectations of another person or of the relationship. It isn�t up to us to make the relationship into something that we think it should be. We need to accept and surrender the relationship to our higherselves in order for it to evolve to a place where it can manifest into a physical relationship.

Within in a soulmate/twinflame relationship we must love unconditionally and help each other to access the highest parts of ourselves. The majority of people are afraid of real intimacy because we believe that someone will leave us should they see who we truly are. What we need to understand is that this love is eternal and that this person already knows and understands us on a much higher level. The love is unconditional and therefore nothing we ever do or say will change it.

We know that most of you are expecting that you will wake up one day and see and feel the changes. But no, part of your role as lightworkers is that you will create the changes yourselves. It is up to you to start living the truth and the reality of the Fifth Dimension.

Maintaining the illusion of the Third Dimension is what is causing the stress and exhaustion among you. The shaky and disintegrating structures of the former Third Dimension are no longer enough to hold your lives together. Money and economics no longer suppport your lives as they once did. Relationships no longer provide the security and support and safety that they once did. Your physical bodies are tired and feel as though they can no longer keep doing this. And we would say to you, yes indeed, it is time to let go and fully embrace your new reality.

But what is even more exhausting for many of you as lightworkers, is the constant swing between dimensional realitites. You live your new reality, and yet you are constantly being pulled into the old reality frame that is being lived out by those around you. The constant shift of frames and perspectives is another contributing factor to your exhaustion, anxiety, and feeling of being unsupported.

Dearest Ones, we realize that most of you are a little bewildered about your new reality, and wish that you had some kind of "instruction manual" to help you along. Well, we will offer some guidelines here, but primarily we ask that you be understanding of how unstable and erratic your reality is at present. People are confused and uncertain. Those who are not conscious of the ascension process have no explanation for what is happening in their lives, and are feeling the most stress and anxiety because they see only the evidence of disintegration and chaos. They are becoming increasingly confused and unhappy. But understand that as they feel these emotions, they are coming increasingly closer to "waking up" and understanding what is real, and to begin to create the new reality with you.

Here we would offer to you an understanding of Fifth Dimensional reality very briefly. The most important difference between Third and Fifth Dimensional reality is a change in the nature of Time and Space and how they are perceived by you. Time and Space were fixed realities in the Third Dimension. In the Fifth Dimension they are fluid and are understood to be largely illusionary.

Time in the Fifth Dimension is perceived as the Eternal NOW or present. The cycles of day and night are understood to be mechanical markers of cycles of being, but have no real effect or power over the creative potential of the Now moment. This means that what you feel and experience in the present moment is the only essentially important experience. The past and the future have no relevance as such. What you create and experience in this moment is who and what you are and what you will be, unless you shift your intention.

Once you understand this principle fully, you will understand how to cope with your sense that there is never enough time to accomplish what you need to do. Focus on the present moment, experience it fully in its immediacy, and you will find that time will stretch for you into an eternity. Yes it sounds magical, but the Fifth Dimension is a magical place! And know that what you focus your attention on will become increasingly powerful and will manifest in your life, as you become increasingly aware of your power as creators within the Fifth Dimension.

The same is true for space. You will increasingly see that space and distance are only illusions of the material plane. You are always and immediately connected to others who are your soul and heart family, no matter where they may be on the planet. The Internet has taught you in a physical way how the illusion of space can be bridged. You will soon understand that within yourselves you have the ability to maintain these links telepathically with those to whom you are connected.

And after this understanding will come the understanding that every human is always connected to every other human on the energetic level, and that what you call a "planet" is no more than a great co-creation of all the beings on that planet, including the animals and the non-sentient beings. In fact a planet is really a great creative "node" where many creator "gods" work together to produce a "consensus" reality. Once you understand this fully, you will begin to understand how to utilize the Paradise Matrix that has been set up in order to co-create the Paradise of the Fifth Dimension that was your original plan for the planet.

Once you understand these principles, you can move forward into the Adventure of the Unfolding of the Creative Now Moment! Understand that your reality will seem to move quicker because your vibration is now higher. Events will unfold rapidly. Things will change rapidly. You will need to fluid and flexible and open to rapid changes. You will have to have absolute trust that your Higher Aspect in tandem with Spirit knows what you need and where to take you, and that you can follow this unfolding with confidence and trust.

And finally, you will need to be in touch with your Creative Passion! It is the only thing that will move you forward at this time. Otherwise you will stagnate. In the Fifth Dimension you are no longer moved forward along the "tracks" of career and work that once supported you. Now it is the energy and movement of your creative passion that will take you forward. Are you willing to let go of the old structures and move into the flow of new creations and new realities? The extent to which you hold onto old structures will be an exact correlation to the extent of the anxiety and stress that you will feel. It is only when you connect with the flow of Creative Passion that you will move forward in your own Creative Unfolding. And this is the true essence of the Multi-Dimensional experience of Who You Are that is the gift of your New Fifth-Dimensional Planet.

It is our hope that this message will help you to understand the challenges of your present time and to move more rapidly through this transition into full Fifth-Dimensional creative joy.

This is the essence of Unconditional Love and Acceptance.That you accept yourself and others as children of light. That you see your perfection and your beauty. That you acknowledge that everything and everyone exists in perfection and unfolding love. That your Universe is a gentle, tender and benevolant place, where you can explore and grow at exactly the right pace for you.

And my message to you today, dearest children of light, is that you have reached the point in your growth and unfolding when you are ready to let go of your old Third Dimensional perspectives of yourselves as "wounded" and "imperfect" and embrace your light and perfection.

The human psyche has carried the "imprint" of guilt and imperfection since the Fall of Atlantis. Deep within your genetic DNA memories is a feeling of deep shame and fear for what you did "wrong" at that time that caused the destruction of the Atlantean and Lemurian continents. And so you continue to play this out, whether in your social interactions or your belief systems. You focus on what is wrong, on your mistakes, and your problems and your shadows, and so you continue to create this as your reality. As you move into the Paradise matrix energy dear ones, you will feel the return of such glorious love and acceptance. You will feel the return of your pre-Atlantean connection with the great Unconditional Love at the heart of all things. But to prepare yourselves for this reality, you must be prepared, gentle children of light, to enter into an acceptance and understanding of that light and its perfection.

There has been much emphasis in recent years on "healing" and finding yourself and your Inner Child. But I ask you now to accept that this work of clearing and healing is nearer completion. The purpose of this work was for you to encounter and integrate your shadow side. It is done. You no longer need to focus on your imperfections and mistakes. Ascension has brought you once again to the door of Paradise. When you individually choose to walk through this door, you will release or erase finally all the deep DNA memories of guilt and imperfection. You must be prepared to embrace yourself as a perfect child of light and live that truth.

The key to this process is compassion. Acknowledge where you have been. And then release it. Do not dwell on it and invetsigate it and dig in it. Know that in the Fifth Dimension where you focus energy, that will grow. So, when it comes to your shadow, acknowledge it to be there, but do not give it energy. Release it. Let me explain it to you in this way, dearest children of the light. When you have low light you are not aware of the intense contrast between light and dark, and you do not see shadows. When you have a strong and brilliant light, the shadows are thrown into strong relief. At this time, the Light is increasing among you, and you are seeing and feeling the shadows more and more. This is your time of BREAKTHROUGH. To finally release all shadows as illusions and to move into the LIGHT.

Know, children of light, that only LOVE is real. That the shadow and its fears and guilts holds no reality in the octaves of light to which you are gaining entrance right now. But only you, as individuals, can choose to walk through this door into the new octave that is being birthed on your planet. And we know that more and more of you will make the choice to throw off your Third Dimensional shells or "costumes" of guilt and woundedness and choose instead to put on your shining garments of light.

And not only to put on your own - but to see the light garments of love and unconditional acceptance that others wear as well!
